Tom Mighell
Tom Mighell is a Dallas-based Senior Manager in the Consulting division of Fios, an electronic discovery services provider. He is a frequent speaker and writer on the Internet, legal technology, and e-discovery issues, and is the co-author (with Dennis Kennedy) of “The Lawyer’s Guide to Collaboration Tools and Technologies: Smart Ways to Work Together,” published by the ABA. Tom has published the Internet Legal Research Weekly newsletter since 2000, and the Internet and legal technology blog Inter Alia since 2002.
